Fitness Boxing
Tired of working out and gaining no results? This fun filled hour combines old school boxing staples with new school innovation. Work with us through intense sets of plyometric movements, new and old style calisthenics, movement and hand skills, and drills that combine boxing and fitness routines. Our boxing instructors are experienced trainers and fighters who can help beginners and advanced boxers achieve their conditioning goals. Mits Club
This program is taught by Coach Valdez and works on teaching mitt work to other professionals wishing to teach and learn the art of mastering the mitts.

Elite Boxing
This class teaches amateur fighters how to compete at a world class level and offers youth an opportunity to become a part of the Old School Fight team. Fighters are taught amateur rules and offer them a chance to train with the professionals.
Fitness Kickboxing
Similar to our Fitness Boxing class, but this co-ed class includes kickboxing principals in addition to boxing skills.
Kick-boxing
This is not your little brother’s kick-boxing class. This class will prepare you to compete in a full contact sport. If your goal is to compete, or just gain some practical self-defense, this action packed class will get your heart pumping and will teach you some practical fighting skills.
